Brandi is the owner and operator of Ideal Connex and she brings over 20 years experience in community mobilization and office support from working in many different roles. Job titles and duties have included but are not limited to Loss Prevention Agent, Computer Instructor, Job Coach, Community Coordinator, Assistant Manager (rental units), Tech Support, and Web Master.

As a result, Brandi has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in designing and producing an extensive mix of desktop publishing projects, résumé development and job search assistance. She is highly proficient in creating custom business forms, letterhead, copyediting, business correspondence, meeting planning and facilitation, marketing and outreach campaigns.  Other services (for local clients only) include basic computer troubleshooting and repair, one-on-one computer tutoring, and event services with PA System: Karaoke and music entertainment for small to medium sized events.

A Personal Note from Brandi...
When I am not working I enjoy reading, walking, playing guitar, writing lyrics, learning new computer skills, and giving my full attention to my two mischievous chihuahuas (Tory and Nicole).

Some local groups I am currently involved with are two grassroots groups: the East Bakersfield Community Collaborative and the East Bakersfield Faith Community Alliance; Faith In Action Kern County; and other groups are the Bakersfield Police Community Liaison Committee, and Latina Leaders of Kern County.

Linda, a consummate professional, joined Ideal Connex in 2006. She brings over 20 years of combined experience in the PBX telecommunications and call center industry. Her duties included but were not limited to human resources, staff supervision and training, office administration, management and customer service.

As a result, Linda has gained an abundance of knowledge and understanding from a customer’s point of view on how they would like to be treated - with personalized care, clarity and respect. Integrity, organization and tailored service are only a few of the many strengths that Linda will bring to your busy life.
